Head of Global Branded Content at YouTube
Tamara is an industry veteran who has worked with award winning agencies and leading global brands on digital and branded content programs during her career.
In her current role as Head of Global Branded Content for YouTube/Google Tamara leads strategy, process and program development for global multi-market branded content programs for marquee brands as well as core initiatives such as YouTube Music Awards, BrandCast and the FIFA World Cup. Additionally, she provides strategic counsel, best practice recommendations and regulatory insight throughout the organization.
Prior to YouTube, Tamara was EVP/Group Head at MATTER, Edelman Sports and Entertainment in Los Angeles, overseeing a team of 20 employees, responsible for new business, sponsorship and talent engagement, digital series development and execution of integrated programming.
Before her time at MATTER, Tamara headed the Lifestyle Marketing Division of UPP, and spent the 6 years prior managing digital programs for brands at APL Digital and i33, both in New York.
She holds an MA from American University in International Communication and a BA from Tufts University. In her free time, Tamara can be found hiking with her rescue mutt Moky, seeing Indie bands at various LA venues, watching Sci Fi movies or traveling.
