Lead Digital Marketing and Advertising teams responsible for supporting all of the Bank’s lines of business with digital advertising, search engine optimization and social media strategies. Responsibility includes multiple digital channels including paid search, display advertising, digital media, SEO and social media as well as management of multiple digital agency relationships. Manage the Bank’s digital integrated campaign team and Consumer content strategies.
Focus areas include digital media plan development, paid and organic search management, integration and optimization, creating and implementing campaign learning agendas and improvement strategies, agency oversight and management and ensuring strong integration between digital creative and media. Also focused on supporting the Consumer Bank across social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. and on driving content development and integration strategies across the Bank’s web properties.
