VP, Advertising & Data Solution Sales at AMC Networks
Adam S. Gaynor is Vice President, Media Sales & Analytics for DISH Media Sales, the advertising sales division of DISH Network Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH). In his role, Adam leads the day-to-day effort of all short-form advertising sales and paid programming for the country’s third largest pay TV provider. In addition, Adam oversees all advanced TV initiatives including addressable TV and interactive TV as well as DISH’s viewer measurement and analytics team.
Adam joined DISH Media Sales in 2008 and during his time has consistently led the team to achieving significant year-over-year revenue gains as well as building and cultivating relationships with key national advertisers.
Prior to joining DISH Media Sales, Adam was Executive Director, Digital Media & Interactive Advertising Sales for GSN, where he led the creation and subsequent sale of strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions.
Boasting more than 17 years of media sales and management experience, Adam has gained expertise across both the traditional and digital universes including cable television, VOD and advanced television. Adam began his career at CBS in the New Media division and has held various advertising sales and management positions at TechTV and Comcast Networks, now part of the NBCU family.
Adam holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Psychology from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University. He and his wife Stacey, along with their two children, reside in New Jersey.
