Rather than viewing metrics through one lens, what are better questions to ask? Whats the channel? Whats the strategy for that channel? Whats the strategy for that particular campaign? Ultimately we should be asking, what are we trying to achieve. . .and then apply the appropriate metrics to answer that question.
